Sensible fees - agreed at the start
You want to know what it is going to cost for the work, whether it's completing your personal independence payment claim form, a mandatory reconsideration of a decision on your claim, or an appeal to a tribunal. Some of these are fixed, while others would depend on the work involved. For example, we charge less where we have been involved with you at an earlier stage in your claim, since we would have considerable knowledge of your circumstances already. For a hearing outside our area, travel time and travel costs have to be included, but you will get a firm figure at the outset.
We do not charge a percentage of the arrears that you receive from a successful outcome.
We see other firms use percentages of arrears in the range 35-45% but don't see that as fair. We prefer to work with you and accept payment of the agreed costs by installments over the life of the file. We can nearly always agree an arrangement that suits your circumstances, so don't ever be put off talking to us about your case.

Privacy Policy: We never store credit card details.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy: Having paid for a service, you can cancel and receive a full refund, before any service has been provided, and where your payment has been made by credit or debit card, that refund will be back in your account within 24 hours. Where we have carried out some of the contracted work, you will receive a refund of the unused portion.

They were confident and reassuring that I was in the right and we won no problem on appeal.
